NSTRUCTIONS

Day 1 Listen to the clearing tracks 1 & 2, subliminal and sleep learning.
Day 2 Listen to the hypnotic track 1, subliminal and sleep learning.
Day 3 Listen to the subliminal and sleep learning.
Day 4 Listen to the clearing track 2, subliminal and sleep learning.
Day 5 Listen to the subliminal and sleep learning.
Day 6 Listen to the hypnotic track 2, subliminal and sleep learning.
Day 7 Listen to the subliminal and sleep learning.
Repeat as desired.

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS
CLEARING: Listen to FIRST. Listen to track 1 of the clearing first. Then listen to track 2 of the clearing as soon as it is convenient. Track 1 prepares your subconscious mind for track 2. Track 2 helps reduce resistance to the suggestions as well as negative energy in general. Meditate on how you want to be prior to using. Requires your undivided attention. Relaxed position, dim lights, arranged not to be disturbed. Headphones help. Track 1 is 30 minutes, track 2 is 30 minutes.
Optimum usage is track 1 once week, track 2 twice a week.

HYPNOTIC: Listen to SECOND after listening to track 1 & 2 of the clearing one time each.

Listen to track 1 of the hypnotic first. This takes you as deep into hypnosis as you want to go and puts the suggestions into your subconscious mind. Track 2 does the same as a short booster. You will have an opportunity to give your subconscious mind suggestions and visualization. Plan your suggestions and visualization prior to using. Requires your undivided attention. Relaxed position, dim lights, arranged not to be disturbed. Headphones help. Track
1 is 45 minutes, track 2 is 16 minutes. Optimum usage is track 1 once week, track 2 once a week.
SUBLIMINAL: Listen to THIRD. Can be played at any volume.
Can be played at extremely low volume with equal effectiveness. Does not require your attention. You can play it while doing other activities that do not require your attention to safety. Headphones are OK but do not help.
60 minutes. Optimum usage is once a day.
SLEEP LEARNING: Also listen to THIRD. Play at low volume in repeat or continuous play mode during your entire sleep period.
Can be played at extremely low volume with equal effectiveness. Meditate on how you want to be as you fall asleep. The stream overlay is the perfect white sound for masking outside noise. At the same time the suggestions are implanted deeper into your subconscious mind along with added suggestion to easily enter a deep, sound restful sleep, awakening when you should refreshed and filled with energy. Headphones and pillow speakers are OK but do not help. A CD player with repeat mode or continuous play works best. 60 minutes. Optimum usage is throughout each sleep period.
